Office hours for Dr. Stephens are:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• Friday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
• Once a month on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Office hours for Dr. Burrell are:

• Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
• Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• Friday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
• Once a month on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Payment Options

TranscenDental Smiles of Georgia wants to provide you with high quality dental care at affordable pricing. For the convenience of our patients, we accept all major credit cards, payment plans, and offer financing through CareCredit and American General Finance. We accept all insurance policies that allow assignment of benefits to out of Network Providers. We are preferred providers for Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Companies.

Insurances

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

If your insurance deductible is based on a calendar year, you might want to maximize your dental benefits by scheduling an examination now... so you will know what dental work needs to be completed before the end of the year. Usually, dental benefits not used by year’s end will be lost.
